Nov 2022 Donation Update
A big thank you to Rebecca in Texas who purchased an Original Painting by Aidong Feng and made possible another donation of $175.00 which will support a youth for six months at the West Ivanhoe Sporting Club here in Melbourne. I have known Aidong since 2015 and he was very happy to have the sale which also supports his family and charity causes in China. Local Community Outreach Update - March 2022
Back in December '21 before moving down to Melbourne from Sydney, we had the honour to donate approx $1,700 retail value of art works to the Little Creations Art Show auction. Joey O'Brien was kind enough to contribute $600 towards the art works valued at $2,300. From the $600 - $350 (12-months support) was given to the West Ivanhoe Sporting Club Youth Sports Program here in Melbourne. It's a fantastic local community program, founded by Bernie Delaney, a good friend who sadly passed away late last year. The program provides youth the opportunity to get involved and delevop healthy life...
Donation Update June 2021-West Ivanhoe Sports Club
A Big Thank You to Iain and the team at Charing Cross Photo in Waverley, New South Wales for the recent sales of three framed Limited Edition Prints by Jose Martinez. We were able to send a good portion of the profits to the West Ivanhoe Sporting Club in Melbourne to support the Youth Sports Program. At GIFTSFORHUMANITY we use a portion of profits from every sale to support worthy programs across Asia and Australia - thanks for your support!
Wingspan Podcast Donation
One of the youth in Wayside Chapel Wingspan employment program will be trying a new podcast with Reverend Graham Long and to help get them started we donated a set of microphones and audio mixer. Looking forward to their first podcast with the young vs older perspective. Rock On Wingspan....
May 2021 Outreach Update
Big thanks to Iain at Charing Cross Photo in Waverley New South Wales (our Fine Art Print supplier) that sold two Jose Martinez New York City limited edition prints. From the profit we purchased six sets with each set including a pair of Gloves, Hat and 3 pairs of Warm Socks (total: $153aud) which will be distributed to the homeless in Sydney CBD on May 13 as part of the WARM THE STREETS outreach organized by the Sydney InterNations ChangeMakers Group.
